Yes, the apoc for sure, expecially if skills are sub optimal. the apoc has nice pulse range, and better cap stability, you can fit an ab, and run the guns without too many issues. the down side is less dps, but you can sustain that dps and hit out...

You can throw nanos in the lows and maybe shield extenders in the spare mids (even rigs) but the cloak and mwd are the primary fittings. And yeah.. I had one of these before the anathema, and used it to scout at times... but it's cheaper to lose...

1) killmail damage is not accurate. indeed km can be quite buggy. 2) Yes, quite possible. And yeah.. bombers carry torps. They hit like a truck and will kill you easy.
